Thank you for choosing ArcTrek. We stand behind every shell, frame and fastener we ship.

5YR

Structure warranty

The structure of ArcTrek products — frame and main supporting components — is covered for 5 years from the date of purchase. Damage from manufacturing defects or material failure is repaired or replaced free of charge.

3YR

Hardware warranty

All hardware components — fasteners, zippers, connectors — are covered for 3 years from the date of purchase. Hardware that fails due to manufacturing defects is repaired or replaced free.

Warranty terms

  • Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions only.
  • Does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, wear and tear, or natural degradation.
  • Proof of purchase and the product serial number are required for warranty service.
  • Repairs or replacements under warranty do not extend or renew the original warranty period.
  • Applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
