Warranty Coverage

Structure Warranty: 5 Years
The structure of Arctrek products, including the frame and main supporting components, is covered under a 5-year warranty from the date of purchase. If any damage occurs due to manufacturing defects or material failure, we will repair or replace the product free of charge.

Hardware Warranty: 3 Years
All hardware components, such as fasteners, zippers, and connectors, are covered under a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase. If any hardware fails due to manufacturing defects, we will provide free repair or replacement.

Warranty Terms

• This warranty covers only defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
• It does notcover damage caused by misuse, accidents, wear and tear, or natural degradation.
• To apply for warranty service, proof of purchase and the product serial number must be provided.
• Repairs or replacements under warranty do notextend or renew the original warranty period.
• This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
